IMPORTANT Note: eShop only accepts Visa and Mastercard for online payment.

 

Order Procedures

 

Step 1: Select Product
Select the item you would like to order and press 「Add to cart」. After item has been added to cart, you may adjust order quantity.

You can either choose to 「Continue shopping」 or 「Checkout」to proceed payment.


Step 2: Customer Information
Enter you personal information and accept terms and conditions.

 

Step 3: Select pick up point
Select pick up point and verify your personal information is correct.

SHESC has appointed S.F Express (Hong Kong) Limited 「S.F Express」 as the logistic company to deliver the products to the S.F Express Service Centers and S.F Stores for customer pick up.

Step 4-: Confirmation
Please verify the product purchased, personal information and pick up point.

After confirming the information, chooseCredit Cardmethod to proceed payment.


Step 5: Payment
Read the important notice and press Confirm and continue checkoutif you confirm your order. Once “Confirm and continue checkout” is pressed, you will be connected to a Secure Payment Page operated by Joint Electronic Teller Services Ltd (hereinafter MPGS). Your payment instruction will be securely transmitted to the bank for authorisation.

MPGS payment website supports 'Verified by Visa' and Mastercard SecureCode. You might be required to enter a password for authentication to your card issuing bank.

Please contact your card issuing bank for service details.

Step 6: Complete
Order is completed. You will receive a confirmation email shortly. In the case of not receiving a confirmation email from eShop, please contact shesc_eshop@shunhinggroup.com. .

  • Free delivery will be provided for each purchase of HK$300 or above.
  • If order amount is less than HK$300, additional delivery charge is HK$50 for each delivery service.
  • All delivery services of outlying islands# are charged HK$50.
  • Estimated delivery time is within 7 working days.
  • All delivery services are available in Hong Kong only, except for closed areas and unlisted outlying islands locations.
  • Extra days may be required for local holidays, weekends or promotion period.

Delivery by Hongkong Post Ordinary Packet

  • The delivery charge is HK$10 for order amount less than HK$100 and shipping weight less than 100g.
  • Estimated delivery time is within 7 working days.
  • All delivery services are available in Hong Kong only.

Pick-up from S.F. Express outlets

  • Service Charge: HK$40 for each order.
  • Estimated delivery time is within 3-4 working days.
  • All services are available in Hong Kong only.
  • SMS notice will be sent out when parcel is arrived at the selected S.F. Express outlet. Please show the SMS upon the pick-up.
  • Customers shall collect the products within 5 working days after receiving our collection notification. Otherwise, the products will return to SHESC Headquarter, a storage fee of HK$20 per product per day will be charged and customers should collect the products at Kwai Chung SHESC Customer Service Centre. The order will be automatically cancelled and uncollected product will be discharged accordingly after one month and no refund will be made.

  • Free of charge.
  • Estimated delivery time is within 3-4 working days.
  • You will receive notification by email/SMS when order is arrived at the selected Shun Hing Customer Centre or Service Station. 
  • Customers shall collect the products within 5 working days after receiving our collection notification. Otherwise, the products will return to SHESC Headquarter, a storage fee of HK$20 per product per day will be charged and customers should collect the products at Kwai Chung SHESC Customer Service Centre.   • Estimated delivery time is within 7 working days once the order is confirmed.
  • All delivery service should be within Hong Kong (except for closed areas and designated outlying islands locations#).
  • Extra days may be required for local holidays, weekends or promotion period.
