Remark: When your parcel is ready for collection, SMS will be sent out.  The parcel is required to be picked up within 5 days upon notice.

Delivery by S.F. Express

  • Free delivery will be provided for each purchase of HK$300 or above.
  • If order amount is less than HK$300, additional delivery charge is HK$50 for each delivery service.
  • All delivery services of outlying islands# are charged HK$50.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days.
  • All delivery services are available in Hong Kong only, except for closed areas and unlisted outlying islands locations.
  • Extra days may be required for local holidays, weekends or promotion period.

  • The delivery charge is HK$10 for order amount less than HK$100 and shipping weight less than 100g.

  • Delivery charge is HK$40 for each service.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days.
  • All services are available in Hong Kong only.
  • SMS notice will be sent out when parcel is arrived at the selected S.F. Express outlet. Please show the SMS upon the pick-up.

Pick-up from Shun Hing Service Centre or Service Station

  • Free of charge.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • SHESC Customer Service Centre or Service Station (Hong Kong): Within 7 - 10 working days
    • PanaShop (Macau): Within 14 working days
  • When your parcel is ready for collection, SMS will be sent out.
  • Customers shall collect the products within 5 working days after receiving our collection notification. Otherwise, a storage fee of HK$20 per product per day will be charged.  The order will be automatically cancelled and uncollected product will be discharged accordingly after one month and no refund will be made.
