Redemption of Ceiling Mount Thermo Ventilator Cleansing Service

1) e-Coupon will be sent by SMS within one working day. After clicking the link from SMS, coupon no. will be shown on the Ceiling Mount Thermo Ventilator cleansing coupon.

2) You will need to screenshot the e-Coupon or provide the e-Coupon code to our Customer Service team via WhatsApp (852) 6302 5640 for service appointment

Remark: Due to limited daily quota, all service appointment should be made at least five working days in advance.

Procedures of Thermo Ventilator Cleansing Service :

1) Check the condition of the Thermo Ventilator to ensure it is suitable for cleansing

2) Cut off the power and disassemble the Thermo Ventilator

3) Use environmental detergent and high pressure water gun for cleansing

4) Use Vacuum Cleaner to remove the dust

5) Dry & wipe the parts of Thermo Ventilator

6) Re-assemble Thermo Ventilator and carry our the testing

7) Clean Up the area after completion

11) If the Thermo Ventilator is not suitable for cleansing after on-site inspection done by technician, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued

13) All kinds of accessories or decoration that will interfere with the cleansing job should be removed by customer in advance. If the cleansing job cannot be carried out, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued

14) The coupon is only applicable to Thermo Ventilator cleansing service only, if repair service or any other service is required, separate quotation will be provided by Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd.

15) To enjoy " Special offer for cleansing multi-units thermo ventilator", the thermo ventilators should be located at same location and serviced at the same time.
