Long-term use of air-conditioning will accumulate a lot of dust and bacteria in the machine, especially the humid weather in Hong Kong is good for bacteria and mould to grow. Cleaning the dust filter by yourself is not comprehensive enough, which will affect the performance of air-conditioner and the indoor air quality; thereby increasing power consumption and maintenance costs. Therefore, a regular professional cleansing service is recommended by experts.

1. Service booking should be arranged and coupon code should be provided via http://www.shunhing-service.com/zh/service_appt_clean or WhatsApp: (852) 6302-5640 at least 5 working days in advance. No redemption will be accepted without advanced booking
2. This coupon is valid from 1 Oct 2025 - 31 Oct 2025 (Mon – Fri 10:00-18:00) (Except public holidays)and will be considered forfeit after expiry date. This coupon will not be reissued if lost or damaged
3. Daily quota is limited for air-conditioner cleansing service, first come first serve
4. Please contact customer hotline (T:2406 5666) for any changes of booking at least 2 working days in advance (one time only)
5. This coupon is not applicable on outlying islands, restricted areas, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay
6. Requests for return or refund, cancellation of orders, exchange of products would not be accepted
7. This coupon is applicable on residential indoor split-type air-conditioner cleansing service only, no exchange for cash, products or other services.
8. To enjoy " Special offer for cleansing multi-units air-conditioner", the air-conditioners should be located at same location and serviced at the same time.
9. Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts and cash vouchers
10. If the actual service number exceeds the purchased service number, the difference should be settled in cash by current price; if the actual service number less than the purchased service number, the service can be settled in cash by current price or coupon. It will not be credited in any form if the service number is less than indicated
11. This coupon is applicable only on the indoor split-type air conditioner with 3HP or below and installed at height of maximum 3 meters above floor level in residential units, coupon should be redeemed at the same location and at the same time
12. If the air-conditioner is not suitable for cleansing after on-site inspection done by technician, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued
13. If customer does not present at home during technician visit, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued
14. All kinds of accessories or decoration that will interfere with the cleansing job should be removed by customer in advance. If the cleansing job cannot be carried out, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued
15. The coupon is applicable to air-conditioner cleansing service only, if repair service or any other service is required, separate quotation will be provided by Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd.
16. Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. reserves the right of final decision
17.  Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the AC cleansing service appointment if the information provided by the customer is incorrect. Customer appointed date/time may be changed according to the actual arrangement of the day.
