Shun Hing Electric Service Centre eShop Terms and Conditions

 

Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. (hereinafter 'SHESC', 'the company', 'us', 'we' or 'our') provides the content and services on this Shun Hing Electric Service Centre eShop website (hereinafter 'eShop'). By accessing and purchasing in the eShop website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.


1. Order Verification
After receiving your order, we will check the information you provide for validity. We also verify the pricing, quantity and current stock status of the purchased products. We reserve the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased by you, without giving any reason. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive notification of order cancellation. In the event of system error, the company has the right to cancel the transaction.


2. Payment
After customers completed order details confirmation, the payment procedures will be processed in MPGS Payment Gateway and we will not capture user's credit card information in this process. Customers will only be charged when the order is successfully accepted.


3. Delivery Arrangement

  • 3.1 Pick-up at SHESC Customer Service Centre or Service Station
  • 3.1.1 We will send you an SMS to confirm collection of your order. For order enquiry, please WhatsApp (852) 6803 7484 or call (852) 2406 5666 or email to shesc_eshop@shunhinggroup.com.
  • 3.1.2 Customers shall collect the products within 5 working days after receiving our collection notification. Otherwise, the products will be returned to SHESC Headquarter, a storage fee of HK$20 per product per day will be charged and customers should collect the products at Kwai Chung SHESC Customer Service Centre. The order will be automatically cancelled and uncollected product will be discharged accordingly after one month and no refund will be made.
  • 3.2 Pick-up at S.F Express Service Centre or S.F Store
  • 3.2.1 S.F.Express will send you an SMS to notify you for order pick-up.
  • 3.2.2 If customers do not collect the products within the specific period provided by S.F. Express, the products will be returned to SHESC Headquarter, a storage fee of HK$20 per product per day will be charged and customers should collect the products at Kwai Chung SHESC Customer Service Centre. The order will be automatically cancelled and uncollected product will be discharged accordingly after one month and no refund will be made.
  • 3.3 e-Coupon Redemption
  • A SMS will be sent by SHESC to customer's mobile number. The e-Coupon can be downloaded by clicking the inserted hyperlink. Redemption can be arranged according to related terms and conditions.


4. Not for resell
All products sold at eShop are for end-users only. All illegal purpose is prohibited. If we have any suspicion on the usage for the purchased items, SHESC reserves the right to cancel the transaction.


5. No refund, no return or exchange of product
All items sold are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non cancelable and connot combine shipping orders after the completion of transaction. For the electrical appliances, we guarantee the exchange of electrical appliances within 7 days of purchase if the product fails to meet manufacturer's standards according to our opinion. To qualify for exchange, the whole set of packing and accessories should be returned and that there must be no damage found on product. Customers must verify all the information,including product model, specification and price carefully before placing order. 6. Third Parties Products
We may have products sold in our eShop which are operated by the third party merchants. If you want to use, order or receive any from any of them, please noted that we do not represent or warrant that the information contained in eShop provided by third party merchants will be accurate, complete or reliable. We will not compensate in any format for all direct or indirect loss caused by third parties products.


In case of dispute, Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. reserves the right for final decision.

In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
