With Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for message encryption, all information transmission is secured and kept confidential when you order at eshop.shunhing-service.com.

 

IMPORTANT Note: eShop only accepts Visa and Mastercard for online payment.

Order Procedures

Step 1: Select Product

Select the item you would like to order and press “Add to cart”. After item has been added to cart, you may adjust order quantity.

 

You can either choose to continue shopping or “Checkout”to proceed payment.

 

Step 2: Select Delivery and Payment Method

Select delivery and payment method. After information has been selected, press “Proceed to checkout”.

 

SHESC has appointed S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited (‘S.F.Express”) as the logistic company to deliver the products to the S.F. Express Service Centers and S.F. Stores for customer pick up.

Step 3: Input Customer Information, Delivery Detail and Payment Detail

Input customer information, delivery detail and payment detail. Please verify your information that you have input.

 

Step 4: Read the Important Notice

Read “Terms of Use” . Press “Place Order” to confirm your order if you have completed reading and agreed to the important notice.

 

Shun Hing Electric Service Centre eShop uses Stripe as the payment provider. All card information is encrypted with 256 bits before it reaches the server. SHESC cannot see your card details when you checkout. SHESC will never store your credit card number or any card information.

  

Step 5: Complete

Order is completed. You will receive a confirmation email shortly. In the case of not receiving a confirmation from eShop, please call (852)2406 5666 or by email shesc_eshop@shunhinggroup.com.

 

Self Pick-up

1.    Pick-up at SHESC Customer Service Centre or Service Station

1.1 Free delivery will be provided if customers select pick-up at SHESC Customer Service Centre or Service Station.

1.2 We will send you an SMS to confirm collection of your order. For order enquiry, please call (852)2406 5555 or by email shesc_eshop@shunhinggroup.com.

1.3 Customers shall collect the products within 5 working days after receiving our collection notification. Otherwise, the products will return to SHESC Headquarter, a storage fee of HK$20 per product per day will be charged and customers should collect the products at Kwai Chung SHESC Customer Service Centre. The order will be automatically cancelled and uncollected product will be discharged accordingly after one month and no refund will be made.

 

2.    Pick-up at S.F. Express Service Centre or S.F. Store

2.1  Service charge of HK$40 will be charged &payable by customers for each delivery service from SHESC Headquarter to S.F.Express Service Centre or S.F. Store

2.2 S.F. Express will send you an SMS to notify you for order pick-up.

2.3 For S.F. Express order, please enter your waybill number (tracking code in shipping confirmation email) on S.F.Express website to track and trace your order delivery status. If you have any further enquiries, please contact S.F. Express customer service hotline at (852) 2730 0273.

2.4 If customers do not collect the products within the specific period provided by S.F. Express, the products will return to SHESC Headquarter, a storage fee of HK$20 per product per day will be charged and customers should collect the products at Kwai Chung SHESC Customer Service Centre. The order will be automatically cancelled and uncollected product will be discharged accordingly after one month and no refund will be made.
